The main profile and primary activity goal is the search for and entry of foreign citizens (primarily from the Asian region) intending to continue their studies in Hungarian higher education institutions. the administration of study visas or, if necessary, residence or settlement permit applications, and the preparation of admission courses (professional, general and language) and on-demand call center support (host) activities. Our company undertakes the administrative and official administration related to the entry and residence.
Under the contract, we will act with subcontractor with excellent connections, primarily in Iraq, Bangladesh, China, Egypt and, as planned, Cyprus, Japan, Vietnam and possibly some former Soviet republics, but we are constantly expanding the range of countries where we can appear.
The portfolio of our company includes the performance of security, data protection and legal audits of institutions and companies, during which we formulate recommendations towards our client, which can make the activities of the institution or company better and safer. We can point out shortcomings that pose a significant business risk to the customer, even if it does not fulfill it's legal obligation by failing to develop an internal provision or regulation and may result in the imposition of a significant fine or, in extreme cases, the suspension of its activities.
Based on many years of experience, our company is able and suitable to carry out further training, multi-aspect training, sensitization, control and reliability testing of employees working in the security sector. Our company can evaluate the service provided by our client on the basis of quality assurance indicators, based on these, we can make the client more efficient by exploring the possibilities and give him a competitive advantage.
We undertake the conformity assessment of the applicants for admission of institutions and companies, either ex-ante or ex-post, in full compliance with the legislation, especially the data protection provisions, examining the reliability of important and confidential positions, security awareness training of the strategically important positions of the client with many practice-oriented examples.

Services
Administration of entry, study visa
In the case of an exclusive assignment concluded with our Company, we undertake the necessary administrative procedure of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing, the consulate and embassy of the given country responsible for issuing permits, preparation for interviews for which our company charges costs. In return for this amount, our client only needs to sign the necessary documents, the rest is taken care of in full.
Full administration of the admission procedure of a higher education institution
In case of the authorization of the foreign citizen and the exclusive assignment concluded with our Company, we provide full information about the courses provided by the university, verifies the client's pre-qualification, determines the need for the preparatory course, collects the necessary documents, certifies and checks their adequacy. If necessary we organize the admission procedure in the given destination country. With regard to the Hungarian entrance exam we book the exam venue, register the applicant and assist to facilitate the successful exam. Our company does not guarantee the success of the exam. Our company charges a fee for the above, which does not include the university's tuition fee for a semester or academic year.
Conducting the preparation for admission to a higher education institution
In case of the authorization of the foreign citizen and the exclusive assignment concluded with our Company, after checking the client's pre-qualification, we will organize a preparatory course if necessary or at the client's request. We provide education in the subjects specified by the university for a period of 3 or 6 months, as well as the necessary language training. Our company charges a fee for the above, which does not include the university's tuition fee for a semester or academic year.
Provision of residence, accommodation required for a stay in Hungary
In case of the authorization of the foreign citizen and the exclusive assignment concluded with our Company, we provide housing for the student, dormitory accommodation, rented apartment or house, airbnb, hostel, hotel etc. on request. Our company liaises with the landlord, arranges rental, fee payment, relocation, repair, maintenance and negotiates comfort investment needs. Our company charges a fee for the above.
24-hour call center and "Parents control" on request
In case of the authorization of the foreign citizen and the exclusive assignment concluded with our Company, we do not leave the student alone in an unfamiliar environment, if required, they can join our 24-hour call center, where they can ask for information, we help, solve their problems in English, they receive guidance in almost any area of life, making their lives easier to be able to focus on learning. Considering the communication with parents, who want to be officially informed about their child's life, study results, progress, further educational opportunities in Hungary, we provide them with continuous information, either in writing or orally, and fulfill the requests made to us, if it serve the interests of students. Our company charges a fee for the above.
